Board Members

Chair-Carol Tice

IMG_0270Carol Tice moved to Temecula in 2016 after many successful years running RockingT Ranch in Yorba Linda. She was an active member of Pomona Chapter and their loss was our gain. Her bags were barely unpacked when she was immediately embraced and forced… er…allowed to work here in TEV!  She is a long time CDS Board member, is USDF Region 7 representative,  and knows the industry and inside and out. Carol and her husband Jim own a facility  in Temecula and have a program  teaching and training both traditional and Western dressage, boarding, and foaling mares. If it involves horses, Carol has done it and well, and we are so glad she moved to our area.

C0-ChairAbby Kogler

Abby grew up in rural San Diego and has owned and worked with horses since childhood. She lives in Fallbrook with her husband, 5 horses, dogs, hens, and cats. She owns Plainfield Farm and does sport horse therapeutic rehab at her farm and off-site.  She loves dressage and hopes to actually show in her lifetime.

Secretary-Elaine Hamilton has been a long time volunteer for TEV-CDS, scoring at our horse shows and donating prizes, etc. We finally corralled her to be an Official Board Member and she is thrilled to be taking the minutes and donating even more time than usual.  She lives in Fallbrook with her husband Hayden, at least two rescue German Shepherds, is an RN, and has a beautiful facility.

Member at Large -Barbara Boruch is our latest Board member and she has proven her value by setting up the new end of year Breed awards! She and her husband Scott ride and train in LaCresta and she is a frequent and successful competitor at the SoCal shows.

Diana Muravez  is another legend in CDS and we are so lucky to have her in our club and on our board. An experienced rider, trainer, and horse show secretary, she adds a depth of knowledge and experience that we benefit from every day. She rides when she has time and is a happy Grandma to Sienna.  She lives in Fallbrook and is Abby’s neighbor, lucky Abby!
