The California Dressage Society is an organization whose purpose is to foster an interest among horsemen in Dressage. The program of the Society is educational, designed primarily to offer a framework in which individuals can progress with the schooling of themselves and their horses. CDS is an opportunity – to share, to experience, to learn and to contribute.

CDS offers scholarship grants to riders and Chapters; they offer specialized clinics (JR/YR and Adult Amateur clinics with world class clinicians); they offer a wonderful competition specifically for Amateurs (Regional Adult Amateur Competition or RAAC); they have a Medals program, similar to the USDF Medals program just for CDS members; they offer educational and travel grants to the membership; they publish a monthly Newsletter with very reasonable advertising, and a full Calendar every month.
